Refund Policy for Incomplete Services
At Divine Blessing, we are committed to ensuring all temple services are performed as promised. However, if a service remains incomplete, the following refund policy applies:
Key Policy: If your ordered service is not completed within 30 days from the date of booking, you are eligible for a complete refund of the service amount.
Refund Eligibility
A service is considered incomplete under these conditions:
- The temple has not performed the requested pooja/ritual within 30 days
- No confirmation or photos (where applicable) have been provided
- Prasad has not been dispatched (for services that include prasad)
- The temple confirms they cannot perform the service
Refund Process
If your service remains incomplete after 30 days:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Our team will verify the service status within 48 hours
- Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
- The full amount will be returned to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

- Force majeure events (natural disasters, unforeseen temple closures)
Service Completion Proof
We provide the following as proof of service completion:
- Email confirmation with service details
- Photos of the performed ritual (where permitted by temple)
- Prasad dispatch confirmation (if applicable)
- Temple certification of service completion
Refund Amount
For eligible refunds:
- 100% of the service amount will be refunded
- Payment gateway charges may be deducted as per bank policies
- Additional services (if any) will be refunded in full
- Refund will be in the same currency as the original payment
