Refund Policy for Incomplete Services

At Divine Blessing, we are committed to ensuring all temple services are performed as promised. However, if a service remains incomplete, the following refund policy applies:

Key Policy: If your ordered service is not completed within 30 days from the date of booking, you are eligible for a complete refund of the service amount.

Refund Eligibility

A service is considered incomplete under these conditions:

  • The temple has not performed the requested pooja/ritual within 30 days
  • No confirmation or photos (where applicable) have been provided
  • Prasad has not been dispatched (for services that include prasad)
  • The temple confirms they cannot perform the service

Refund Process

If your service remains incomplete after 30 days:

  • Contact our support team with your order number
  • Our team will verify the service status within 48 hours
  • Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
  • The full amount will be returned to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, unforeseen temple closures)

Service Completion Proof

We provide the following as proof of service completion:

  • Email confirmation with service details
  • Photos of the performed ritual (where permitted by temple)
  • Prasad dispatch confirmation (if applicable)
  • Temple certification of service completion

Refund Amount

For eligible refunds:

  • 100% of the service amount will be refunded
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted as per bank policies
  • Additional services (if any) will be refunded in full
  • Refund will be in the same currency as the original payment
